Printing pictures on-line

When I started use this service it was said that it take 1 hour to print my pictures. When I completed my order new message came: "you will receive a separate email when it is ready for in-store pick-up". After 3 hr nothing happened. I came to the CVS and found out that my order in not ready and saw five sellers who didn't anything. Explanation was: "you have to wait e-mail confirmation that your order are ready".
Next day after 24 hr there was no e-mail and I called to the CVS. My order still wasn't ready. I canceled it and will not use this service anymore. Hideous service.
