CVS Pharmacy 6216 Fern Creek, KY - pharmacy technician

I have United Healthcare insurance and have no choice but to use CVS pharmacies or CVS Caremark mail order. CVS 6216 Fern Creek, KY has the most unprofessional pharmacist and assistants. They sometimes do not have the medecine to fill my perscription and I have to wait another day to get it. When I use the drive thru you wait forever in line. How long does it take help a customer pick up a RX. It's probally because they did not have it ready which is a problem I have a lot too. Since I don;t have a choice on where I can get my RX I am at least going to go to another store. This store could definitely use some help. Hope the CEO reads these reviews.
