Their word is NO good

Took 5 pictures in to get framed. I WAS a very frequent customer (fool) before. Framing dept told me it would be over 3.5 weeks. I said "wow. Why so long?" they told me they were REALLY backed up. I asked if that would be enough time. Oh yes, we'll have it done for you. On the date they gave me, i went in to pick up my framed pictures. I was told they weren't done. Hadn't been touched. I was a little upset. I asked for the original pics back. Now, the story was he would have to take them out of the frames. Pretty Inconsistent Lies. I walked out. I wrote a letter to corporate via email stating that as a customer service Expert for over 30 years, if i told someone that their stuff would be done on "x" day, then it should be ready at 9 am when the doors open. One hour later, the store manager called. Told me "well, they can be ready anytime on that day." actually, this was ONE HOUR after i left the store. All this transpired. And MIRACULOUSLY, the pictures were NOW done!!! FIVE of them! Wow! I hope they enjoy looking at them for 120 days.
