They Can't Process my Orde

This is my first time doing online shopping and I had the cutest clothes on my cart. I was so excited when I pressed "place order". Surprisingly, it said that it couldn't place the order at that time. I was disappointed and tried again numerous times over a period of 2 weeks. I even created 3 more accounts and once again tried and failed. I no longer want to shop at Kohl's and I am now a fan of JCPenny.:)
