Kohl's has Very bad customer service

Kohl's has very very poor customer service. I walked into the kohl's in Vancouver, washington and the employee's working there did not greet me once or ask if I needed help! They did not smile at me at all. I asked if I can get help and a girl there said " hold on". She never came back! I will never shop Kohl's again!
