I purchased the Hoover 77 carpet cleaner in 05/04. I had only used it 1 time. I pulled it out today 08/17 and the damn thing won't extract the water. Contacted Wal-mart and they will not take it back. This has also ruined my 400.00 area rug in the process. I'm done with wal-mart.
