It's now been a week since my Item was received and signed for, and per the last e-mail I received from, the standard canned response from the less-than-customer-oriented Customer Service Representative it that I have to wait until next Monday before Amazon will even lift a finger to assist a customer.

A Prime Customer who buys hundreds if not thousands of dollars from Amazon.

That is a very sad state of affairs. This is not what I expect from " Earth's Most Customer-Centric Company". I expect them to find out WHY it is taking so long and have a general sense of urgency that a customer is being shafted by a business partner of theirs. Why does it take a week to review an item that was sent in pristine condition, in the manufacturer's original packaging, that was already factory restored?

What will Amazon do to improve the situation with the trade-in store?
