The worst!

I went to the Lawndale store last night and purchased some nike flex experience I asked for one of those fake socks things and tried them on I asked the lady if when I went home and tried to put them on with regular socks and they didn't fit can I exchange them she proceed it by saying yes and letting me know those were the last in stock and were the ones in display so they were dirty but I could still exchange them so I went home and tried them on with regular socks and they didn't fit I came back the next afternoon to try and exchange them and the other lady whom didn't sell the shoes to me said I couldn't exchange them because they were dirty I then walked around looking for the lady that sold them to me and she admitted they were dirty when she sold them to me but she couldn't exchange them because those were the last ones and they looked dirtier than when she gave them to me... How is it possible if I didn't even spend a day with them. The other lady then proceed to speak Spanish and tell her to not exchange them I am very disappointed at the service I will take extream mesures if I do not get a full refund, I am now waiting for someone from coustumer service to contact m
