The store sold a king size bed with a big crack on the back of head board that they didn't mention to me when they sold to me. They just told me that there were a small crack like a hair on the foot board, so I bought it.

But when they delivered to my house, my husband found this big problem, but he didn't speak English well, he signed the delivery receipt. After I came home, I found that the delivery receipt is different from the purchase receipt because they showed that all the sales are final, no return and exchange on the delivery receipt. They didn't mention that no return or exchange when I bought the bed from that store and didn't show on my purchase receipt either. Isn't fair? When I called them to talk about it, the lady (her name is linda) said that I have to pay the pick-up fee if I want to return the item.

Also I bought the mattress and box from that store, when they open the plastic wrap, the delivery man make the mattress dirty. I talke them about it, they said that I couldn't return the mattress either.

May I get help and return the items and get my money back? Please help me! I am really angry about it. Thank you!
