This was for my grandsons birthday and I called the store and they said they had 4 so I drove there they checked me out and then I stood in the front of the store for 45 minutes waiting for them to bring it up. THEN was told by a rude little girl (checker that they didn't have it). Finally a manager walked by and told me that she would order it on line for me and have it shipped to the store and they would call me when it was in. I WAITED AND WAITED with no call. I finally called and they told me that it had already been picked up WHICH I assured them that it had not (it appears they gave it to someone else???) I was told me they would call me they next morning after keeping me on my cell phone for an hour while they were looking... Need day I WAITED AND WAITED and NO call. After work I drove there AGAIN and surprise they had found one in the back that looked like it had been run over by a train. I took it because the birthday was that next day. After the party we went to put it together and YEP YOU GUESSED IT*MISSING PIECES... I am sooooo done with Toys are US... 7 mile and Middlebelt in Livonia, MI
