Toysrus not honoring their ads. "Bonus Deals of the Day, " are sent daily in the month of Nov to email. I was pleased to see the train table I wanted to purchase for my son was the bonus deal of the day, Mon, Nov 22. I called our loyal Toysrus on 4900 Shelbyville Rd, 40207, to see if the Imaginarium train table for $99.99 was in stock. The store responded, "we have 7 in stock." My husband and son went to get the table that day, the store couldn't find any of the 7 tables they still had in stock. Manager Steve said, “We do not have to honor the ad and we will not let you have the train table it for $99.99.” Store number 8914,4900 Shelbyville Rd, is supposed to be part of honoring daily ads per Merna at Toysrus headquarters. That night I called headquarters about the situation and was told by, Jennifer, Brianna and Rodney to file a complaint with Toysrus Headquarters. I was told that headquarters would call me within 24-48 hours and I would be able to purchase the train table for $99.99. When called back 2 days later, supervisor Merna said I would not get the train for $99.99. She informed me she would call the store, 4900 Shelbyville Rd, and call me right back. Five days later I had not received a call, therefore, I called them back. I talked with a different supervisor, Brittany, who responded, "Toysrus doesn't have to honor their ads." It know appears to me that Toysrus is advertising falsely, unreliable, untrustworthy and unreputable company. They seem to also have a disregard for their employees promises; Toysrus does not honor the word of their employees.
