Electric Push Mower Used Only Once, still under Manufacturer's warranty - Craftman electric push mowe

I am losing ALL FAITH in SEARS - i bought all my appliances from them when i resided in Michigan. Then my son moved to NY and we bought a lawn mower from Blvd Mall Sears in Amherst, NY with an advertisement that it carries a 2 year manufacturer's warranty. After Using the mower ONLY once in the Summer and decing to store it away for the winter, the following summer, The mower just don't function anymore for whatever reason - no electric power works with it! The repairs shop. Claimed it was too busy and may take up to one month and then when pushed hard to get the mower repaired, said the estimate comes to 158%of what I had paid for the lawn mower. When I stated it is under warranty, the repair person then said those parts are not covered... So either you approve it or forget it! I then asked to speak to a manager and the repair associate refused flatly... Not listening further and cut me off! I had called and left messages to each and everyone in the management of the stores and waiting to hear back.
