My sister and I went to go and talk to the manager about replacing her watch that was stolen... The manager was no help, very rude, cold, and nasty to her new employee.

I believe you need to get rid of your manager in Kay jewelers located in the Riverhead, NY Tanger Mall.

She made me want to never go back again!
