After purchasing a citizen Eco-drive watch for my wife, the watch was returned for resizing. Upon arriving at the store, my wife asked to have the watch resized. The store manager looked annoyed at her request and demanded that she pay $10. The watch was resized by a friendly male employee who apologized for the charge, while the store manager sat on her stool. After paying for the service, my wife advised the store manage that the resizing was included in the purchase price as per the employee who sold the watch. The manager, described as a young female with long blonde hair, gave my wife a dirty look and stated that no employee would have offered that service for free. Not wishing to make the experience any worse, my wife departed the store.

After hearing this experience, I contacted Kay jewelers corporate customer service. They were unhelpful in addressing my concerns as they did not seem to care about the rude manager nor did they refund the $10 charge.
