Doesn't stand behind product

I would never shop at kay jewelers. That company is a joke. I had purchased a 1 ct solitaire. I was told that there would be a lifetime diamond guarantee. I had to jump through a lot of hoops to get the stome tightened when it became loose. It became loose after a couple months mind you. I had brought mine into the Bloomingdale location. The manager was rude and unapologetic. She seemed upset because I had purchased it at the woodfield store and brought it to stratford. Either way she was rude and ignorant. Maybe if she lost 50 lbs, she might be happier. I would never shop at kay jewelers again.
