Overcharge and make it impossible to refund

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a retailer. They made a huge mess of our invoices, overcharged us during the process and now have done everything in their power to avoid giving us a refund. I run a multi million dollar company and have done all of the accounting for them to prove they have made a mistake.

Stay away, far away, they are crooks!!!
