Worst Service Ever - Deleivery of Bosch washer and drye

We bought a Bosch washer and dryer from hhgregg and spent over $2000. When delivered, the delivery folks (Vince and crew) put holes in the walls of our new home and told us to connect the dryer ourselves. We called to complain and spoke to Keith in logistics who seemed nice at first but then accused us of sending pictures of old damage, did not get back to us as promised because he had a more important personal problem he had to deal with and basically said we had to get an estimate to get the work done ourselves and there was simply nothing he could do but credit us the delivery charge. This continues to be the worst customer service I have ever had and will not buy anything from hhgregg again. I'll be sure to let all the new homeowners who move into this new neighborhood know not to buy from hhgregg.
