Horrible servie

I purchased a computer from HHGregg one year ago. A sony vaio laptop.
And it was the worst purchase I ever did. The computer did not work correctly, I had more problems with it even though it was brand new. The keyboard did not work right, the wireless connection does not work right. And when I brought it in they didn't even know what they were doing, all they did was push the power button on and off then gave me a number to call and said they couldn't do anything even thought I got the 3 year warrenty. And when I brought it in again, the person there argued with me until I finally walked out.

If I have to get a new (which I do) I will NOT return to HHGregg. And I would not recommend the store to anyone else!
