TERRIBLE customer service - CK out new Facebook page, HHGregg Sucks

My wife and I made a large appliance purchase at this fast-expanding regional chain. HHGregg clearly hopes to be the next Best Buy or Home Depot. They are very competitive on pricing. But once the sales rep finished collecting our money, there was ZERO customer service. Late delivery, bad installation, damaged goods. The promise to credit some money back never happened. Their rebate cards haven't worked and they hold money back when they are used at "service" locations. It is just a terrible experience. Would not recommend this retailer to anyone.
