Beyond the Rack Consumer Complaint - Yoku Sweaters

This company is the worst online shopping company I have ever dealt with. I called to cancel an order (after purchasing many items from them) and when the items were shipped to me anyways, I called to let the customer representative know, his name was Rickardo Brackett.
He told me to return the items which were accidentally shipped and he would put a note that these amounts should be refunded to me rather than credited to my BTR account. When I returned the items and called to find out what the status was, a girl named Melanie at the call center (very ubelievably rude) said she would not do it because it is not their policy and it would have to be a credit. She was completely unwilling to help and you could tell she just did not want to do it even though she could have.

Now I have a credit on my account and will never shop there AGAIN. They lost so much business too because I used to regularly order from them.
Just beware and don't buy from them.
