No goods, no refund!

I paid Living Social for an appliance from what now appears to be a scam/bust company called Ooplo (don't answer the phone or emails). Living Social are not interest. Every time I call them I'm told they will investigate and this will take 7 days. Every staff member I've spoken to has been aggressive except one who told me my refund would be with me in 2 days - still waiting 2 weeks later.
