Bait & Switch / no refund

I bought a voucher for Chimney cleaning. Dalanco Air came out and would not honor the coupon because I live in a 2-story house - said it would be another $189. I told Dalanco I wanted to cancel the service and contacted Living Social for a refund. Living Social contacted Dalanco Air and told me that they would honor the coupon. 3 weeks of numerous phone calls and e-mails, Dalanco Air hasn't responded. I conatcted Living Social and said I did not want to deal with this company and asked for a refund. They said my request was 'outside their refund policy'.
I will never use Living Social again.
