If I knew then what I know now...

We bought our sofa sleeper and recliner about 3 years ago. We've filed several repair issues with Stain Safe and they took care of all of them, except for this time.

The metal frame on the sleeper sofa broke and when we moved the sofa, we found that there was a large pile of stuffing on the floor behind the couch.

Stain Safe said that they wouldn't honor the warranty because they said that the damage couldn't have happened at the same time.

What a rip off! We're filing with Small Claims Court to try to get our money back.
