The Room Place Inferior damaged furniture at premium prices and Warranty / guarantee / return policies are a joke!

I purchased a sofa set, a mattress set, a dining room set and ALL of them have been damaged or defective! The sofa set was replaced after filing a complaint with the BBB and after waiting several months and being given the runaround consistently. The tech came again on the day sofa set was delivered (I guess to humor me) The tech stated that their was nothing he could do for the mattress top coming apart or the veneer on the table bubbling up and the chairs being wobbly after two months. When Harlem called me back they stated that the damage to the table and chairs was my fault, it was wear and tear and water damage! I have only had the set two and a half months!

The bed they now found a stain on voiding the warranty. There is no stain and they just kept waiting coming to see the mattress and waiting for something to give, a missing tag something, not addressing the original issue that the delivery ppl damaged the bed top and metal frame bringing it in! What a crock!
