Credit Limit Cut From $2500 to $1250 With Over Limit Fees

Have a Bank Of America Visa that is 2 cards combined each having a $1250 limit for a total of $2500 the bank says now I only have $1250 limit and am over my limit by about $1200 and want a $1200 minimum payment do and are charging me $35.00 a month over limit fee until the account gets down to $1250.

I have called 7 times trying to resolve this matter and when I think I have it taken care of I get a new bill with that $35.00 over limit fee staring me in the face and that $1800 minimum payment do.

Some of the customer service people take my side others don't. The last time that I called a lady said it was all taken care of then I got my new bill.

That is not how you treat a good customer. I got so mad I closed the accounts and now have no Bank Of America Visa to use. If I could find the name and date
of the customer service person that I talked with that said the matter was resolved we had a verbal agreement that it was resolved and now they are going back on their word!
