Us bank visa - beware! - us bank visa revolving charge account

To whom it may concern: beware of us bank policy. I had a us bank visa from 2002 to 2008. I had perfect payment track record & even paid several k upfront & used as debit during 2 month asian holiday.in 2008 i was shocked - my credit limit went from 12k, to 2k, to 1200, to 700 $ usd. I have high limits with discover and credit union visa, so business expenses went there & are paid out. Evidently, the big 3 credit reporting agencies in the us are justifying their existence by altering criteria for credit ratings. Do not depend on us bank to provide any customer service or advance warning in limit changes. I was told to contact transunion with any questions and that and request for credit limit increase or reinstatement will be summarily rejected. Good lick pilgrims!
