Rip-off! Fraud! They're reporting me to collections unlawfully! Palatine illinois

We cancelled our service on oct 15 and they said they would send the boxes to have equiptment sent back. We never received the boxes to mail receivers back and now our 143.00 bill has turned into a 1100.00 bill. We have called 4 times and they keep saying that we will receive the boxes but all we get now is letters from the collction agency.

Dish network needs to be sued by all that have been done wrong by thier fruadilant practices. We need to fight this corrupt company. They are disregarding all phone calls to correct problems and reporting people wrongfully to a credit reporting agencies.
