RipOff even though service was cancelled after contract ended

We signed a contract with Dish Network for 1 year and after it ended we cancelled them. They wanted us t send the equipment back and sent the boxes by UPS it took them 10 days to get the boxes here and then he took them to the wrong address and then they sent them out again to the correct another 10 days later after that DISH took $450.00 out of our checking account in one day and they gave us the run around to refund it back. They told us that they did not have a corpoorate office so we could not talk to anyone about this ordeal.

For anybody who reads this DISH NETWORK IS A RIP OFF DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES. We are going to file a lawsuit against them I advice others to do the same.
