Today I went to sears brand central store at Plaza Las Americas where i always go to buy Craftsman tools to exchange a xmas gift which I already had before for any other product of the same price, the salesman asked me for the sales receipt which I did not have 'cause Santa never leaves them on presents. He told me that it could not be returned or exchanged without it, so I asked him for his supervisor. The man came in and told me in a very uncorteus way nothing coud be done wthout the receipt even dough the product still was in its original package.
This was absurd and I let him know it and after all the arguing nothing got done he disrepectfuly told me to go to home depot which I am strongly considering.
By the way he was not identified as a Sears eployee neither by uniform or badge and refused to tell me his name.
