Extreme Over Charging

About 6 weeks ago I was working on a Missionary Project with a missionary friend in Angola, Africa. I tried to use Skype to call him in Angola about a decision that had to be made about the project. When Skype couldn't connect to him successfully I pick up my land line and call him not really thinking of what Verizon would charge. Come to find out that Verizon charged me $100 for the call that i believe costs them less than $10. Since i believe that the charge should be about 10% of what Verizon charged me I would like this complaint to be resolve in my favo
