As my family and I walked past the outside of the store, we could see through the glass that the one person working was sitting on a bench in the middle of the store eating candy. When we entered the store, she continued to do so. She looked over at my brother and I as we walked past and said, "hey guys" then continued to sit there until a while later when she finally got up to go help someone at the desk. This was a very unprofessional look for any business.
