Poor Shopping Experience

I just returned from the Best Buy store in Kissimmee, FL. This was an awful shopping experience from the time I entered the door to the time I left. As I walked in, the store, all that could be heard was very loud Latin music. Shopping is to be a calm experience, and in this case, it sounded like mayhem. I went in to buy a San Disk 16 GB flash drive as advertised in the Sunday paper. There were none in their location. No sales personnel were available to assist, yet several were congregated on the sales floor. I even said to my companion as we were near one for them, "It is too bad they do not have help to assist." He looked at me and continued doing his thing of arranging things on the shelf. That was when I said, I can go to a different store with more helpful personnel. I will never set foot in this store again with that kind of customer service..
