Bad customer service

I was at store #7489 and I know the employees there but this particular night, I walked in the store and I didn't see no one, I looked behind the counter and didn't see no one so I waited 5 mins, then finally I looked out both doors, I see the guy CHARLES sitting in his car listening to music!!! I said; I've been in the store for 5 mins and the only thing he could say was; oh I didn't know you were in here!!! This guy CHARLES must be new, he didn't greet me, he didn't know where nothing was and he act like he wasn't concerned!!! Bobby and Reggie always greets me and brightens my day but the new guys, need training or FIRED!!!
