Six Years of Poor Service and Repeated Technician Visits That Never Fix It

I have Bresnan/Optimum for six years, shame on them, they have lied, and tricked me, I have paid thousands to them, for service that is sub par, techs have told service provider they fix it, but it's never fixed, and I wait all day, that's after a two week wait, for the same old crap, they say the lines are old, I say they need to upgrade the lines, they own them, I pay for a sub par service, when they claim it's superior, it's not... Just ask Dish to set you up on a month to month, they do have that!

Ps, and you can use a droid to power your internet, you don't need the so called high speed they offer.
