First I had to have man install new (costly) boxes. Wait 9-12, he arrives after 1. Mmmm my time lost. Then serious issue with certain missing channels as well as the tv rebooting ALOT always right at the last 5 minutes of program we were watching. Did I mention I never complained for 20 years. So now they come and first man walks in literally looked at the tv and said its the line, they will call within 48 hours and left. A week later I called and they had no record. So then the line man came, very nice and said it isn't the line but he fixed something anyway. Didn't work. As a nice measure they would replace the lines to the house as they were so old. Discussed with installer to match them up with all other lines to house. No problem. Yeah. Lines total eyesore. Total mess and my flower bed unnecesarily crushed completely.

And after all that nothing changed with my tv service! So switched to fios which has been unbelievable and love it. Cable sends me last bill which is much to high and I call. He agrees and states a lower amount which I also disagreed with and he said he would look and send new bill. New bill which concerned credit dates etc through 8/22 came with same disagreed amount and due date of 8/15. I cannot tell exactly what date mailed or printed as neither is on bill or envelope. Since then school started (2 kids) hurricane Irene hit, power outages with prep and then cleanup not to mention I am permanentlly disabled. So on 9/16 31 days from due date a collection agency calls and has already sent a letter. How is that possible that it tooks months to not fix my problem yet this could happen the morning of the 31st day? Was the letter sent out before I had a chance? 20 years means nothing. I would have paid the bill. Was catching up. They gave me no warning. Though there is fine print.

Yet even with that, how can this occur so fast when the bill concerned issues through 8/22 and I had spoken on phone to them. Tried to call and after pushing one for english could never get through since I do not have account. Yes bill was paid immedietely even though I am sceptical of amount. Fios call me anytime I will be your spokesperson for how much better watching tv has become.
