Received monthly local phone bill, which without long distance is $20.48 every month. This month's (November) bill was $ 53.41. Upon closer examination detected on Page 5 of 6 OAN Services, charges (call 1-800-713-9078 for billing inquiries for "EMAIL SVC MTHLY FEE Oct 6 $ 14.95 and Nov 4 for "EMAIL SVC MTHLY FEE another $ 14.95.) Including tax it makes it $ 32.67.

Sprint prints this disclaimer: Sprint provides billing on behalf of OAN Services, Inc. There is no connection between Sprint and OAN Services, Inc. Please review all charges appearing in this section. Any question regarding these charges should be referred to the number provided for billing inquiries.

Amazing that SPRINT would lend itself for this kind of rippoff on their phone bill. I wish I could choose another local provider such as SBC but Sprint has the monopoly in this area. This leaves it wide open for such scams. I will notify the Public Utility Commission of Texas, Office of Customer Protection in Austin, TX
