Ripoff SPRINT plays dumb to collect huge profits

Today I received a letter from Park Dansan in error. I have never received a bill from Sprint regarding this bill. I was unaware of this bill. This is not the first time Sprint has exhibited the same incompetence or deception. This is a recurring issue with my X-Sprint account.

I have given Sprint thousand of dollars over the years.
It has been several months since I had any business with Sprint since Embarq took over my service.

Sprint has had a history of sending me only one of two bills and then telling me I'm late paying. This went on for a long time. The long distance bill as it turns out had been going to a nearby city where I have never lived. I can't decide whether it is incompetence or craftiness. When I get a bill I pay it. When I get screwed I tell everyone I can.

I will, for the rest of my life try to warn people about Sprint. Sprint is almost as crooked as AOL. It appears to me that Sprint have taken a lesson from the rebate scam. When I try to handle my business with Sprint, I am given a run-around. From my perspective, here is what happened:

Sprint figured out that if they separate local service billing from long distance billing, the resulting confusion produces huge revenue from other charges which are really Sprint's deception or incompetence, like AOL.

According to Sprint collections department, the original bill which I never received, was for about 12 dollars, now I have a stinking bill from a collection agency totaling $73.49.

Sprint has my phone number, they shouldve had their computer call me. The fact that they will not, indicates deception or incompetence. Which is it? If not that then what is really going on?

I am ashamed to live in a world where companies go to such lengths to trip up the same people that keep them going. Since Sprint has no shame I am ashamed for them.
