Charged my PayPal account and I have never ordered, nor did I even know of, this company

These guys charged my PayPal account for $7.95 yet I've never even heard of them.
I can't dispute it with PayPal until it's cleared.
Which means they could get me again for a higher amount and I'd have to wait until it cleared again to dispute it.
I have business expenses deducted from this account automatically every month.
If they clean out my account and I can't pay one or more of the services that I have to have in order to keep my online business running then it'll shut down my business.
They're supposedly there to help people with their businesses and yet here they are hurting mine.
