Ted kauffman and max luttrell cursed out in back room by santa and i get let go because hours were going to get cut anyway

I take santa pictures at the mall for a company the mall contracts and the santa is screaming and yelling calling me stupid b word and i was scared to go back there in our storage room where he gets ready with no privacy or curtain and see him undress. This all started because he cannot get his belt buckled to the santa suit. Note he and i are the only ones working by ourselves and no one else like for example another male to help him get ready or hire a sant that is completly able to ready himself in a room with another female by themselves. I got out of the room quietly and waited out by the jewlery store the santa come out and asked word for word if i was scared to go into the room and see him undress. We get out to the set where the families come take pictures and i get called a stupid b word again and then i call he company who hired us and he blew me off and santa needed some days off he never works this much, and told me to keep santa calm. The rest of the whole 8 hr shift i was called a stupid b word because i couldnt close the set and leave because the contract we signed said the company would take me to court for loss of buisness or call in a back up santa and send his unacceptable behavior home.instead i get let go. Santas with real beards are high maintance, hard to find, and allowed to do anything for money and the excuse i got as the reason for being let go was hours were going to be cut anyway since money goals were not being met. The company also didnt even give me 10 minutes of time to deal with what happened instead gave their time to an unesassary 3rd party who had to check back with the company anyway after we spoke the next day. I was discriminated against as a female and lost need hours and money on a set scheduel and feel like i had to be put in a unwanted, uncomfortable situation. They will also lie so they dont get held accountable and turn it out as my fault and not what the truth is.
