Whatever you do don't go to kays. This place is so full of disappointmet and is a rip off. My fiance bought me an engagement ring for christmas of 2010. On Aug 2 the diamond came out. We were able to find the diamond we took it to them to get it fixed and they said everythng looked good with the diamond and we would have it back on aug 21. Well august 11 rolled around and we got a call saying that the diamond has a hairline crack in it that couldn't be seen in the store. Ok whatever people a crack that can't be seen in the store? They wanted to fix it by letting a computer pick out the diamond not my fiance. I have an issue with that. I called the store several tiimes chewing them out and I called customer service three times before getting it to where he could get an exchange done on it in the store. So last night he went up there and surprising enough they didn't have any diamonds equal to the one he had purrchased. They offered him a diamond that was going to be a 1400 differnce and one that was going to be a 1600 difference. What a joke. He already paid 3400 for the ring. Well now I have no ring and supposely the manager said she has some rings on order for him to look at and to choose from. So we will see what happens. I will never buy anything form this place and if I ever receive a gift from anyone from this place I will glet them keep it and tell them to get a refund because it is junk. This has been a really bad ordeal with them and never again
