Insurance rip off

Myself and my Child were rear-ended while we were in a stoplight. There is damage done to my bumper and also the insurance provider is declining to pay for the entire quantity for that harm. They're stating the appraiser stated there is prior harm and scores about the bumper.

So that they are declining to pay for 183.00. They need me to consider that cash out-of my wallet to cover the remainder of the harm. All of the appraiser did was get images and found this summary.

How can he tell if there is any prior harm to my bumper. And so I requested the insurance company to deliver me the images and group the prior injury along side circling the scores. They declined.
