Hello, I purchased a furnitures type overstock furnitures organization and taken care of the insurance for almost any harm after I submited the protest and complete the shape they WOn't spend and repaire the broken couch they stated we-don't protect this sort of harm the shop stated if any harm happend towards the furnitures the insurance may substitute or spend b for that harm i settled nearly $ 3000.00 for that furnitures and that I paid $283.48 for that insurance I actually donot understand how to resolve this issue or get my insurance money-back?
