Dishonest and outright rude

The corporation (Infinity Insurance) is very disorganized and unprofessional. While being struck by another celebration they accepted these were to blame. We described this to Infinity who covered the vehicle we were in so when we named infinity these were sluggish and stated we ought to contact another events insurance provider because the additional driver was to blame. They didn't wish to assist or create the phone call. Another events insurance wouldn't return to us. We named infinity plus they informed us to visit Santa ana to facilitate where appraiser may take pictures since normally it requires them three or four times with an appraiser visit. Went to Santa Ana and also the appraiser was a rude arrogant lady plus they exercised of the bodyshop. The appraisers worked in the bodyshop held with a seprate organization. The Infinity appraiser Lied and stated we'd to obtain the job done-there in Santa ana at that store. Not just did she lay but she was unpleasant and rude. Avoid the corporation. Bad bad bad
