Auto Damage Claim Scam

Look out for this car rental. I hired an automobile for just one evening out of this area and was deliever the vehicle where the man went round the vehicle and hand-me the rental documents and explained "Your all set" and went down. Upon returning the vehicle 24 hours later, the lady examining the vehicle in stepped straight to the left-rear bumper and stated there is a damage about the bumper. She noted the document and explained to-go inside towards the workplace to document a record. The consultant in the table stated they'd look at preceding situations with this vehicle because there is no means this damage might've occur with me driving home and back. I never receive a callback. I named twice more to ask about standing and equally consultant stated they'd look at the event and call-back. Never occurred. I obtain a notice within the email showing the state against me for that harm. Upon calling their Insurance repetition. Back they explained the harm was about the right-rear bumper. After I inquire about preceding situations, she mentioned it had been examined currently and there is no event documented. I still possess the authorized document from the sign in individual showing the left-rear bumper damage. I've required pictures and fix files from Alamo, but I wont maintain my breathing on that.
