Harassment after canceling account

These folks scare me. I had been together for 5 years. After I attempted to stop my consideration, they employed some shock strategies about the telephone, he also stated I might move it to some friend/member of the family, I'venot been on the deal for a long time, I had been astonished by both shock techniques and also the recommendation that I move the account to some friend, (truly, are you kidding me) then considered wow easily actually get another alarm service, it's not going to be monitronics, I had been informed I had a need to deliver a notice, and so I delivered a letter in November eliminating my service. It's currently overdue Goal, plus they wont end bothering me by telephone, both property and cell #is. I am unsure if my only choice is just a suit, or just how to quit the nuisance.
