Monitronics funding lp avoid monitronics! Representative said contract could be canceled in a year... He has disappeared and monitronics is wanting a cancellation fee!

Phone line was canceled and Monitronics never was aware. So if a robber was to cut my phone line I had no alarm. They never called for any power outages either therefore I truly believe they were not even monitoring our building.
Customer representatives will not do anything to help get the matter resolve. If you are thinking of using Monitronics... Save yourself a headache... Go elsewhere!!
