Its about Monitronics protection.
They asked us to sign agreement for three years. After adding the machine it used-to provide fake alarm. Three occasions authorities arrived for alarm. We've to pay for police division $70 every time statement arrived due fake alarm. WE approached monitronics they did not come or fixed. Even authorities could not end alarm when alarm was heading down.
We wished to stop it, in the place of providing reassurance it offered us nuisance. But they stated we've contract. We compensated 3years without support.
September 09 agreement completed but nonetheless charging. They did not deliver a notice also.
We named nevertheless they state deliver a notice of termination.
