Charging my account for the last several months

I have canceled my acount several times and they insist on charging my account sometimes they have even charge my account which then caused a chain reaction to the affect that I had to pay the back several 100.00's of dollars bacause I have canceled the account within 15 minutes after getting on the sight. The contract says I had a certain amount of time fsor sfree and I cancelled right away. This is a rip of service and they refuse to stop my account. Would someone please help me
