Net zero is a rip off i canceled my account with them one year ago and last week i realized they were still charging my card. I callled them and after being transferred three times i was told i would get the last two months refunded back to me.
I asked them what about the other ten months and the "supervisor" told me that they had no record of me canceling my account in the first place. I emailed a cancelation notice and my wife called them and canceled the account also but amazingly they had no record. Thye only took $197.50 and i get back $32.90.
Oh but wait i can email there complaint department. I think i can really get somewhere there!!! Do not let this happen to you
