Decieved and rip me off for $20.00

Prize Research Intelligence Agency P.O. Box 527800 Miami, FL 33152-7800. Sent me multiple letters stating that I have prize amount of $2,956, 589.00 ready to be delivered to me once they recieve $20.00 fee applicable! If I have such a reward indebted to me than $20.00 should be no problem being deducted from prize amount or given once prize amount is delivered. I have several of these letters and do not want to act on them until confirmation of legitimacy. Please contact me at 704-278-3457 on behalf of how I can straighten this situation out and keep it from happening to anyone and also file federal charges against responsible party for their intentions to destroy the honor, trust and for theft and fraudelent acts.
